Partner Marketing & Compliance Policy
1. Describe the product as it is
SharpFooty publishes model probabilities, fair lines, edges and a track record graded against the closing line. It is analytics for education and entertainment. It is not betting advice, it does not tell anyone what to stake, and nothing on it forecasts a result. Say that, in your own words, and let the product's own pages make the case.
2. What you may do
- Video and written reviews that describe what SharpFooty does and does not do
- Match previews and analysis that cite the model, the fair line and the track record as published
- Newsletters, community posts and pinned links to your own audience
- Comparisons with other analytics tools, stated fairly
- Your own screenshots of the product as it appears, unedited
3. What you must not say or do
- Claiming a result is certain, promising winners in advance, or describing any pick as safe
- Describing SharpFooty as a way to earn a living, an investment, or a source of income
- Quoting win rates, returns or records that SharpFooty has not published
- Editing, cropping or fabricating screenshots, ledgers or results
- Misrepresenting past performance or omitting the losses
- Content aimed at, or placed where it reaches, anyone under 18
- Unsolicited messaging, comment spam or automated traffic
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any attribution you did not earn from a real visitor
- Impersonating SharpFooty, its staff or its channels
- Bidding on SharpFooty brand terms in paid search without written permission
4. Disclose the relationship
Wherever you use your partner link, make clear before the click that you are a SharpFooty partner and may receive commission — in the video, post, description or email itself, not only on a separate page. Use the disclosure form the platform and the local advertising rules require (in the UK, an identifier such as "Ad" or "Partner link" that is obvious and upfront). A disclosure that has to be searched for is not a disclosure.
5. Audience and safer gambling
SharpFooty is for adults. Do not aim content at, or place it where it predominantly reaches, people under 18, and do not use themes, people or styles that appeal particularly to them. Where the platform or the rules expect a safer-gambling message, include one. Never present gambling as a way to solve money or personal problems, as a source of income, or as something to do to recover a loss.
6. Traffic
Only real visitors who chose to click count. Forced or automatic clicks, hidden frames or images, scripts, bought or exchanged traffic, incentives or rewards for signing up, and any other form of cookie stuffing are prohibited and void the affected attributions. Do not use your own link to buy a membership.
7. Paid search, email and messaging
Bidding on SharpFooty's name, brand terms or misspellings in paid search, or using them in ad copy or display URLs, requires SharpFooty's written permission. Email or message promotion may go only to people who have opted in to hear from you, must identify you as the sender, must carry a working unsubscribe, and must never appear to come from SharpFooty.
8. Brand assets
Use the logos, screenshots and captions from the Creatives page as they are supplied. Do not recolour, crop, animate or overlay them, add figures or results to a screenshot, or create material that looks like a SharpFooty page or message.
9. Reporting and enforcement
If you see another partner breaking these rules, tell us through the contact page. Breaches may result in attributions being voided, commission being held for review, voided or reversed, and the partner account being suspended or closed. Every such decision and its reason is recorded on the partner account and shown to the partner, who may reply through the contact page.
10. Changes
This policy may change with the notice period in the Partner Terms. The version you accepted, and the date, are shown in your settings.
