Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account ("Manage billing", handled by Stripe's portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and no further payments are taken.

Refunds

Because the subscription is a digital research service supplied immediately, part-period refunds are not provided as standard. Billing errors — duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation — are refunded in full: contact us with the Stripe receipt and we will resolve it promptly. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
